If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us keendadates@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package for assistance with a return or replacement order.

We may ask you to provide detailed information and photograph(s) of any issue(s) you may have experienced with your order. Keenda Dates does not normally request orders to be returned but in select circumstances, we may ask you to return your order.
Shipping cost is based upon package size, weight and destination.
Keenda Dates is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
